Joseph Stiltner and his wife Megan have five children that attended Green Sea Head Start. He served on the Policy Council and was a big supporter of the Male Involvement Program.

Since his participation with Head Start he has gone on to be employed with A Father’s Place as an Intervention Specialist, owns his own business Repooval, LLC. – Pet Waste Removal. Joseph has become a spokesman for Fatherhood.gov where he is featured in a videos and on a billboard.
