Did you get this message while trying to go into Requisitions?

This is an example, not a real message.

It has to do with a configuration on the main file server.  Something happened and the server lost track of it's licenses.  Read through the steps before continuing.

  1. You have to be using Microsoft Internet Explorer for these steps to work as intended.   If you're using a different browser, close it and start again using IE.
  2. Click on the Begin Button below.
  3. Click on Run when prompted.  A black screen should flash by quickly and you should return to this screen.
  4. Close or minimize this screen and try going to Requisitions again.
  5. If it still doesn't work, call the IT department for more assistance.
